Terms of Use

By accessing thesportschiropracticplaybook.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. The Sports Chiro Playbook is operated by Dr. Joseph Krzemien, D.C. through Georgia Spine and Sports Rehab, Buford, Georgia.

Site purpose

This site exists to describe a practice transformation program available to licensed chiropractors. It is not clinical care. Enrollment in the program is by application only.

Eligibility

The Playbook is intended for licensed chiropractors with an established practice and patient base. By applying you confirm you hold a current chiropractic license in good standing in the jurisdiction where you practice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the program's deliverables (custom site, branded social program, outreach scripts, coaching content) outside your own practice without written permission. Each enrollment is for one practice.

Third-party links

This site links to third-party resources, including Georgia Spine and Sports Rehab, drjoepickleball.com, and others. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always at this URL.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

Application submissions. When you apply to the Playbook, we collect the information you provide, including your name, practice name, contact details, and the answers to the application questions. We use that information to evaluate your application and respond.
Newsletter signups. If you opt in to the Playbook newsletter, we collect your name and email and use it to send program updates and chiropractor-focused educational content. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Server logs. Our host (Vercel) records standard server access logs, including IP address, browser, referring URL, and pages visited. These logs are used for site reliability and abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use the information to evaluate applications, respond to your inquiries, deliver program communications, and keep the site reliable. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Third parties we use

Web3Forms (form submission delivery to email).
Vercel (hosting and content delivery).
Google Fonts and Fontshare (typeface delivery).

Your rights

You have the right to ask what information we have about you, to request correction, and to request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email info@georgiaspinesports.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Endorsement & Testimonial Disclosure

Pages on this site feature video messages and written testimonials from current and former professional athletes, including Dominique Wilkins (NBA Hall of Fame), Warrick Dunn (NFL veteran and Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year), and Caleb Downs (NFL first-round draft pick). These messages were originally recorded for Dr. Joe Krzemien's clinical practice and are presented here to establish the founder's credibility.

In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255):

These athletes recorded their messages voluntarily. They were not paid to provide a testimonial.
Each athlete has been a clinical patient of Dr. Krzemien. Their relationships are based on the care they received.
The athletes are not affiliated with The Sports Chiro Playbook business program and have not endorsed the Playbook itself.
References to current and former team affiliations (Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta Dream, Atlanta Hawks, NFL, WNBA, NBA, MLB) are factual references, not endorsements by those organizations.

Practice transformation testimonials, if and when included, will be identified as such and will disclose whether the chiropractor providing the testimonial received any consideration for it.

Income & Results Disclaimer

The Sports Chiro Playbook is a business education and practice transformation program. It is not a get-rich-quick offer, an investment opportunity, or a guarantee of any specific business outcome.

Marketing materials on this site reference year-one revenue figures, athlete-patient mix percentages, referral source counts, and other operational outcomes. These figures are:

Drawn from Dr. Krzemien's clinical practice at Georgia Spine and Sports Rehab over 23 years.
Illustrative of what the system has produced for a specific practice in a specific market under a specific operator.
Not income claims, not income projections, and not promises of comparable results for any other practice.

Your results from the Playbook will depend on your market, the demographics of your area, your effort, the cases you accept, the time you invest in implementation, your existing patient relationships, the strength of your local referral networks, and many factors outside our control. Past results of any chiropractor's practice are not indicative of future results in your practice.

The Playbook provides a system, coaching, and custom deliverables. It does not provide patients, guarantee referrals, or replace the work you must do in your community.
