Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Sports Chiro Playbook is a custom-built practice transformation program. Onboarding includes a custom website, branded social program, outreach scripts, coaching sessions, and other deliverables built specifically for your practice. Because the work is custom and begins on day one, this policy is intentionally clear about what is refundable and what is not.

30-Day Satisfaction Window

If within 30 days of starting the Playbook you decide the program is not the right fit, you may request a refund. The refund covers the program fee minus any custom work already delivered (priced at the going market rate disclosed on the order page).

To request a refund within the 30-day window:

  1. Email info@georgiaspinesports.com with the subject line "Playbook refund request."
  2. Include your practice name, the date you joined, and a brief reason. We review every request personally.
  3. We will respond within 5 business days with a refund calculation, showing your program fee, the value of any custom work already delivered, and the net refund amount.
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

After 30 Days

After the 30-day window, the program fee is not refundable. The work delivered (custom website, social program, outreach materials, coaching) is yours to keep. You can cancel future coaching calls at any time, but the prepaid portion of the program is not pro-rated.

Monthly Coaching Subscription

If you continue on a monthly coaching subscription after the initial program period, you may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not pro-rate partial months.

Chargebacks

If you believe you have a refund question, please contact us first at info@georgiaspinesports.com. We respond personally and quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us results in a 30-day pause on services while the chargeback is reviewed.

Results & Income Disclaimer

The Playbook is a system, not a guarantee. Results depend on your market, your effort, the cases you accept, and factors outside our control. Year-one revenue projections referenced in marketing materials are illustrative averages, not income promises. Your results will vary.

Force Majeure

If you cannot complete the program due to documented serious illness, family emergency, or other events outside your control, contact us. We will work with you on a reasonable accommodation, which may include extending the program timeline, pausing coaching, or, where appropriate, a partial refund.
